Pulmonary/Critical Care Group Expanding
A well-established, physician-owned pulmonary & critical care practice in Houston is seeking a Pulmonary/Critical Care or Critical Care Medicine physician to join its team. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a stable and highly regarded practice with zero physician turnover in the past 10 years.
About the Opportunity:
* Group provides ICU coverage (onsite, 24/7) at three hospitals in Houston
* 12-14 ICU DAY shifts per month (12-hour shifts, 7am–7pm), including one weekend per month (Friday–Sunday), Nurse Practitioners cover night shifts
* Flexible scheduling options, including 7-on / 7-off or a customized schedule
* Critical Care-focused physicians preferred, but Pulmonary candidates will be considered if willing to work 12 ICU shifts per month
Compensation & Benefits:
Highly competitive base salary (dependent on shifts, experience, and overall fit), Incentive-based bonuses and Partnership opportunity after 1–2 years
